At Meatopia 2019, we were lucky enough to be joined by Amninder Sandhu, head chef at Arth, Mumbai — India’s first ever fire-only restaurant. Not only is Amninder a multi-award winning chef and star of Netflix’s Final Table, she’s a veritable legend when it comes to fire and flavour. Here she is joining Barra Fitzgibbon on the Cutting Room stage for a Sunday session at London’s Tobacco Dock for Meatopia 2019, where she cooked a “complex and beautiful” dish exclusively for the Meatopia audience using authentic Indian spices and ingredients.
